A brilliantly cruel image, worth viewing enlarged to explore the sadistic detail.
Actually what she's having to sit on is a bill-hook rather than a hatchet -
even nastier!

Her face expresses horror and despair very eloquently, too.

I think it's your best composition yet. You seemed to have switched to the more historical "nails in the wrists", too. Peer pressure get to you? Either way, the hands are spread apart painfully, and the stretching is highlighted beautifully. I'm also starting to dig the asymmetrical leg placement as a composition device, although I don't know if it would be a crueler torture.
