I think it may be a detail image from a Makar photo. I doubled the size, which admittedly reduces the clarity.
But the individual strands of hair are quite well defined in the portrait.
I would say, the level of detail suggests that a video screen shot source is unlikely.

If you hung out on Yahoo Crux back in 2003 you may remember an amusing exchange between Makar and me. Long story short, I couldn’t believe these pictures, taken a year or two apart, were both Galya.
I’ve always declined to feel like a fool. I know it’s just longer hair and a few extra kilos, but after all these years these pix still don’t look like the same girl to me.

Two each from Aganmedon and Esday. The former is one of the few dungeons and torture artists whose work appeals to me, And the only thing I’d recommend Esday do is lay on blood, sweat, bruises and lashmarks. He knows how to position beautiful girls on crosses perfectly. Now make 'em look crucified.
