It appears to be an execution to me. Both sisters will incure massive damages to their pussies since they really cannot stretch their legs much more, even if they pull up with their wrists. Lots of bleeding as their flesh is sliced into when they can no longer hold themselves up.

I think St Johnny's work stands on it's own & this picture calls out for something original.

These two look like twins. That could add something more to the story. Actually, I suspect MKG2K7 used the same model & rotated her 180 degrees.

They are very alike. Twins would make for a good story, though I'd prefer one sister a little bit older than the other. Makes for some big sister-little sister interaction. Perhaps the little sister (LittleSiss, what did you get yourself into?:D) did something imprudent that got big sis strung up with her. I see some subtle difference between the two --which may not even really be there. The sister facing us seems to have slightly longer, slimmer thighs and is perhaps (at least in my imagination) a bit taller.
