It's not easy to get used to this approach to the placement of the material. I'm used to forums usually step right, step left - shoot... uh-uh... ban.
Image size for wallpaper is small. Original with the best quality image has a size of 2880 x 1800 pixels, and "weighs" 1.7 MB. When downloading files appears warning that the "weight" of the file should not exceed 400 kb with something. Only, please, do not an exception for me.

I need advice. There are, I suppose, an interesting topic: forced conscious voluntary outcrop. I.e. a human undresses himself in the presence of unauthorized persons, but not under threat, and voluntarily and agrees that his photographed. Shooting a hidden camera for this situation are not suitable. Such situations often occur in life, for example, during the medical exam. There are many sites that have such staged scene, but they are always visible unnatural. The problem is that in such images are real people, who agreed to the photography, but did not give their consent to their widespread. Does it make sense to open this topic or for ethical reasons not to open?
For example, are a few images of well-known in the Internet. Some faces I still retouched.

Not sure I understand what you are asking about and I was hoping one of the mods would respond. However if the issue is that a person has not given consent and more importantly given consent freely that their image can be displayed in a public venue i.e a newspaper, the internet or television to name some, then clearly it is morally, ethically and in an increasing number of jurisdictions legally wrong to post their image.
In 1,2, and 7 the woman is a need model (and in 2 I think her being in the picture was the point of the photo). 3 & 4 don't have much to complain about with all the camera phones in the pictures and I doubt the photographers that took the pictures were hiding...
If 6 was a real medical exam (which I doubt) there would be several doctors and a nurse practicing medicine in jail...

I would use the images if they could be useful. If they wish to be photographed naked and have the pics posted on the web then they can hardly complain if somebody uses them. Once you post anything on the web then you no longer have any control over it. Many manipulators use free pics of models or perhaps reenactment soldiers. Anyone taking objection would need lots of money and a team of lawyers to prevent all web users from using such pics. The only thing I would avoid is using well known celebrities.
