honestly take your boredom as a sign. This is not a consumer's hobby. If you'd like, there is tons of Alex Bald or Makar that you can watch behind a few paywalls, if you wanna go down that route. But also, consider that this is a niche where maybe one good image or story will be posted a week. You are not going to be drinking out of a fire hose here, we have lives.

Try searching on keywords of whatever interests you, and then work through the resulting hitlist of threads.

Well, there is this great artist I can recommend, Mp5stab. All kinds of crux art from her.
I think that there is a real dearth of guidance to folks just starting to browse for finding our buried treasure, so let me point the way!
But seriously, there are many great threads that I don't think are super visible to the newcomers, like the quintesential crucifixion threads The Agony Component; that alone is required reading on the forum. Aesthetic Component, which was my cheap knock off, and then to round it off, Favorite Artists One, Two, and Three, and, if we are asking, my own personal favorite images thread.
That should be the highlight reel of 2004-2020 more or less. More recent stuff will probably be higher visibility than that. Make sure to check the archive, it hasn't been updated in a while for some artists, but for many, it is a complete collection of all of their crux work.
I must ask though, what niche are you looking to, specifically?
