On looking at Rochegrosse's original painting I see what a wonderful job you did of covering the dancer (Salome herself) with the happy figure of Alice and restoring the background !Wonderful party ! The two girls seem to be enjoying themselves more than anybody else

Thank you very much for your kind observations, Kam. I used the 'Delete Figure' tool to remove Salome, and then I copied and pasted Alice into the picture.

Hey Bob ! I found a painting by William Bouguereau (La jeunesse de Bacchus) which might be a good receptacle for the figures of dancing Alice and Lily.
