Electricity is simply part of a modern interrogation of a spy! With the right dosage and choice of instruments, you can extend the torture for hours until they can't take it anymore. And if you know how electricity physically works, you can do lots of other cool things to them under torture without getting hurt yourself.
And one of the great things about electrotorture is it doesn't leave any obvious physical traces for those pesky human rights people to get all worked up about. ;-)

One can only hope that she lasts a long time and that one can enjoy her torture. The next step would be to pierce her inner and outer labia with needles and place the electrodes there.
Since you are the goddess of her world, have you considered giving her a suitcase piercing for another electrode? And maybe another piercing through her clit?
3-6 months healing time, perhaps they should have pierced her earlier?
