Psychological terminology question

Go to CruxDreams.com
What is the terminology for someone who needs to fantasize about experiencing death in order to reach orgasm? Also, is it the same for someone who wants to play IRL to the point of almost death?

Staurophobia is the irrational fear and hatred of crosses and crucifixes. In the modern world it appears among those abused by religious authorities. In the ancient world it may have been common among slaves who were at risk of crucifixion, or had seen other slaves crucified. A slave might see her friends and family crucified, become so scared she cannot serve her master, run away in terror, and end up on the cross caused ironically by her own fear.

Staurophilia is the irrational love of crosses, and the naked ladies nailed to them, the "chicks on sticks". While harmless enough for us, imagine how dangerous it would be in Ancient Rome. One of the character's in Jeddak's "The Serpent's Eye" has a fatal attack of this affliction. Both the story and the artwork are well worth a visit in the archives.
