Before you post your pics why not use Fotosizer from http://www.fotosizer.com/
You can resize a whole batch all in one go in seconds. Many of the pics are over 1MB which for many members can take a long time to download. It's a free programme and works in seconds.

The stories are all in pdf or chk and I changed them in PNG pics, so I don't loose any resolution but I'll use that programm next time.
