N.B. Though “gotten” as a past tense to “got” sounds tinny to
British ears and is a source of criticism, it is not of American origin.
In fact it dates back to Shakespeare; fell into disuse around the
18th century and was resurrected in the US around the 19th.

To have what I have learned... No... just to try a few things some 40+ years ago to try again...

Do not construe this as regret. I did the best I could with certainly no guidance from anyone on this subject. There is only one woman I regret how we broke up (and, no not my ex-wife... She and Amy are good friends!!!)
