Maybe it would be cool to change the pony while on the ride so the forthcoming is better and the poor ponies will not get to tired from being ridden...

againg on the question of sharp edge. To be a real torture, edge should be sharp, feet not touching ground (either suspended or tied to the pony) and arms tied behind the back so that the full body weight cannot be supported for long by legs... Spanish Inquisition style, you know.

That will do real irreparable damage to her womanhood. My thoughts are that having a footrest set at a height which allows standing on tiptoe to relieve the pressure means that the girl tortures herself. Pain in legs forces her on the edge until calves recover enough to function. And so she rides slowly.
