This reminds me of an old Tyler Scot clip for Insex -- no switches in the blocks but the ridge of the pony itself was electrified. She had to keep on her toes to avoid a shock to the pussy from the pony.

I've only just realised that Tyler shot the same scene twice, in 1999 and 2001, with different electric pony designs. Here is the second version:
