A distinct lack of respect for the tax payers dollar is being shown here, that camera crew will have been payed , and now they are stood down and will have to be payed again when Moore returns to receive her punishment. Windar is only teasing us, if you look back ,you will see that Dr. Moore arrived at the Punishment Centre in February and while her stay may seem interminable to her it won`t have lasted nine months. Normal service will be resumed as soon as possible as they say,the culmination of her odyssey on that frame can`t be far off now. The main worry now is that painful as her caning is likely to be,the after care may be even worse,that Dr Taylor seems to have a grudge against poor Barb.
