Thread approval question

Being new here, I'm a little unsure about thread approval status.

I tried posting a new thread in the BDSM story section, after hitting the "Post thread" button, it shows up for me with the little shield icon indicating that it is awaiting moderation.
After a little time, it has disappeared entirely.

I'm assuming that it did not get approved?
I've posted a story before, so I'm unsure what I've done incorrectly this time. It's a starting chapter with a paragraph and thumbnail jpg and gif... it's not even NSFW
I'm unsure how to try again? Is there feedback as to what I need to correct?

Ok, nevermind, my post showed up again eventually (or maybe I just didn't see it), and then it got approved. I guess I just need to be patient Thanks for the approval

Yes, sometimes there's a bit of a delay, we're all doing this over and above the day job!

If you're thinking of posting a lot of stories we may at some point combine them into a single thread; small threads just get lost and forgotten.
