When my School time, our dress code was long skirt. We didn't try hanging upside down techniques. Now, In our mansion, I used to try this with the help of room mates.

I get my limbs tied tightly in every end of steel cot. Of course My belly area also wrapped in the middle with our chudidaar shawl. Then my buddies hoist the cot to make me upside - down.
