So they quickly tried Roxie and true to Tree’s track record in court he lost again. With Roxie convicted and quickly condemned to die crucified, Barb was as quickly found guilty of all charges. Tree pulled his ‘ace’ from his sleeve and said “I have not been allowed pretrial conferences with the defendants. That is against the rules of even this court!”
“Tree, good man, the only case you have won in court was getting Messaline declared alive after she was presumed dead after her crucifixion and, after a large infusion of Mr. Wu’s cash, I believe even Prosecutor Rodent would have agreed had he been a blind squirrel that Messa was quite alive” Judge Admi said. “What makes you think a private pretrial conference would have made any difference?”
“You don’t understand, Your Honor (he loves to be called that), Barbara and I sort of have a thing going on and she’s great in bed and gives good head.”
The courtroom fell silent. Judge Admi asked “Is she as good at sucking cock as Dorothy Brown?”
Tree stared at him then after a long pause said “I cannot believe you asked such a thing.”

“Bailiff Ulrika, have the prisoner Barbaria brought to my private chambers so I may discuss what she is facing!” Judge Admi ordered. After the bailiff left the judge pulled off his robe and led Barb to his ‘double-secret chamber’. For him it was a good thing it was soundproof…

Is this what is known as "settling out of court" .... I would certainly settle for a pardon or even to be declared not-guilty....but if I have to top Dorothy, to get one, I may not have a snowball's chance in hell...

It was time to try Siss. Before they could take her to the witness cage she angrily said “My only ‘crime’ is loving Barb and Roxie! You trample on our privacy and make up charges! Judge Admi looked at Tree and asked if the defense had anything to say. Tree shrugged and pulled out his flask.
“Very well, Barbaria, Little Siss, and Roxanne, you are hereby found guilty of all charges against you. You shall be held in the my obsolete rented prison until Friday, May 1, 2015 when you shall be displayed publicly during the annual University of the Virgin Martyrs Mayfest weekend. On Monday May 4, 2015 you will bear your crosses to your execution site where you shall be fixed to the crosses with spikes. At 6 PM CST the crosses will be raised and you shall hang naked from them until dead.
“Bailiff please note for legal purposes the date of their deaths will be recorded as May 4, 2015, no matter how long the bitchies take to die. Court is… Oh, one other thing; Barbaria, I have arranged for a guest lecturer to finish the term for you. Professor Joan Tree has asked and I have granted that you be made available for her lectures on how to treat a condemned prisoner awaiting her execution.
“Court is dismissed. Bailiff Ulrika, please see me in my private chambers.”
As people filed out of the courtroom, Barb, Roxie, and Siss stood in the cage still arm in arm to ponder their fate…
