Anyhow, if one assumes a small stretching with each notch, say ¼ of an inch, in 24 hours I would be 6 inches taller and in 48 hours I would be dismembered.

For the record.....
I would probably go 1/2 of an inch an hour for 6 hours, lock down the rack, then kiss her 'goodnight' and call it a day.
