Fox, it's pretty safe, actually, a classic pose for real life crux. The weight is born by the legs, it is relatively(!) easy on the arms, and the arched pose is actually surprisingly comfortable, as long as you don't overdo it!
It was adopted by the subjects of Dr Zugibe's famous experiments.

Indeed, this (temporarily) bow is for me an extra experience but I stay careful not to force my precious body. Nobody has ever said this to me but automatically or intuitively I found this way as essential part of crucifying.

It is or glowing waves traverse my flesh and muscles.

Happiness is to find when you take effort year after year.
