To drain as a verb, yes. But "a drain" is a drainage pipe, so Messa's game of words is correct...;)

The point is, for the gerund (verbal noun) of the verb 'to drain' we use 'draught'​
(which is really the gerund of 'draw', as from a well)​
so Admi will 'drain' his beer 'in one draught'​
