I did think that it might be a laundry line post. It is low too the ground & there are none of those glass cone things (I can't remember what those are called). But, there looked like there were too many lines for a laundry pole & who dries their clothes outside these days? Everyone I know has a dryer or goes to the laudrymat. I couldn't come up with anything funny to say about laundry lines in any case.

Inge, will you please post something else before we totally derail this thread?:D
 
Luckily someone uses laundry poles or I would have had to come up with a pic of someone nailed to a wash dryer:p

As for a new pictures, I deas enough, time is the issue here.

Idea to concept is about an hour time.
But I wouldn't post them because it will look ugly in my eyes.
Lights, extra props, spacing&positioning, textures, camara view, and small adjustments in pose and expressions make up for the bulk of the work.
I know: time could be saved there by being not so critical.
For me it is not worth posting If I'm not happy with the result

This picture took me about 50 test renders and 10 hours of real spare time in total.

Yeah I will post more in future but don't expect them it to be very quick..

Perhaps if the drying lines were used in this fashion more often, the practice would return. Just think of the energy savings.

Now that's a green project I could really get behind! ;)
