Murray: Don't mention it. You boys have always been my biggest supporters, and I need to get out of town, before the Mayor's goons come after me. Just promise me you'll be rough with her.

Soemes: *sniff* *sniff* This is the nicest thing anyone has ever done for me.

The next morning, the Sunday churchgoing townsfolk make their way to the morning service.

Past the disgraceful porn shop that has thankfully been condemned by the Mayor. It will bother the pious citizens no more.

The sound of a jet rumbles overhead, as Soemes and Chisel put up their feet in their first class seats, tickets purchased one-way to Thailand, with the last of the cash in Murray's register.

"Oh MY!"

"See son, this is what happens to women who don't know their place . I'm sure she did something wrong."

"Wow, someone did a number on her!"

"Wait is that Victoria Pennywhistle? The Mayor's daughter?"

"What a disgrace!"

"Well, her reputation is ruined."

"Slut."

I particularly liked the bit with the photos, allows you to present small “snapshots” (literally) without breaking the narrative flow. Kind of like those “montage” sections in movies .. effective ! But doing it with in-story photos is diegetic, and that’s even better!
