To improve the citizen’s skills in proper treatment of their slaves, the local Adult Education Center offers classes in basics like whipping or safe storage and classes in advanced skills.

This week different classes of chastising body decorations are offered. Today Mrs. Steele advices interested slaveowners in skills how to use needles in a decorative (nevertheless painful) way. Tomorrow body-painting with a thin soldering iron will be taught.

The regional Females Correctional Center supports the AEC by providing inmates for training purposes.

No need to say, that this district has an excellent rank in their slaves‘ discipline.

Great idea, education is essential!! slave women must be tormented with extreme care and precision…
