It is easy to create. I use a geometry shell as a template, cut this in many parts for the legs, arms, head and so on. Then you can do the rest in blender or also inside Daz3d. The whole Iron Maiden is completly made inside of daz3d with the geometry editor and some plugins. I can share this model here for all who will use it.

and no! blender is 100x more complicated than daz3d and poser combined ... that's why the artists who use blender have my deepest admiration!
