I wondered how the cornu best should be arranged. In some stories the is an angle given, which was ignored by the above pics. In my stories I normally spread the knees to force the victim down, which I do not know if it works. Looking at many (!) pics of dildo penetrations all show spread legs. Placement of the cornu varies, depending upon how the victim is crucified and whether he or she is mounted on it or it is positioned in line with the anus for inevitable penetration.
