She is lucky, her new lover is strong and has incredible endurance. He fills her now with ease, and will hold her in place as long as, well, as long as she can keep up with him. Restraining her head is an interesting element of the scene. To muffle her screaming, or to stop her shaking her head - or both?

Perhaps, they should take the precaution of tying her legs too, since her kicking might also be disturbing for the nailing work.

They probably just don’t like dealing with too much while they do their work. Less squirming, less screaming, more nailing. There are a professional team, after all, but I think even the most professional of teams cut loose every so often: I can imagine them taking advantage of the position they hold her in to fucknail her.
