Lol, when I had my ACL replaced I was on a "Tiger Bench" (although I'm fairly sure the therapists didn't think of it that way).

As part of the rehab they strapped my leg down and then the put blocks under my heel to make the leg straighten out and even bend backwards a little to make sure the new ligament was working properly. I was supposed to tell them to stop when it started to hurt and then they'd remove one block and leave me for about 10 minutes like that.

I always used to tell them two blocks past the pain point (and I have a high tolerance for pain) so they'd only remove one.

It helped a lot that my physical therapist was beautiful and her husband was hot too.
