For a prisoner of war, this is a very mild punishment. She should be suspended and stripped first in order to measure her breasts. Then there should be a size chart for choosing a very cruel instrument for her punishment like 32A belt 34D cat o nine 36DD bullwhip 38DD spiked chain whip. This execution needs to be performed in front of everyone to ensure no one dares to fight a war against the highness
