Anyway, I have compiled Noizi Ito's crucified Sailor Senshi images into an Imgur album for convenience sake. Can anyone manipulate these images to remove the gloves and footwear and replace the ropes with nails?
Here's the author's Pixiv page for reference, should you need that for doing some replacement work, though you need a Pixiv account to see their R-18 work.

The different faces are just from the original artists other variations of the same image. I just made her nude. I have zero drawing/illustration skills lol as evident of the crappy pussy I drew, Im just decent at photoshop but I'll try something out later.
well depends really how hard did the artist render their drawing but sure I'll have a go if it's not too hard

I was just gonna ask if you can edit certain images so that, rather than being chained, tied, or shackled to their crosses, the subject is nailed to them. One image that got brought to mind was this Baramanji work from a long while back:
