A version of the Vitruvian Woman is used as the cover of the "Westworld" TV series, which is currently on the SyFy channel on Mondays. It is right up our street with sex and violence, and the depravity of people when their actions have no consequences.I had a think about where to put these pics, and decided they fell reasonably within the definition of art, so here they are. First of a series.
You've heard of Da Vinci's Vitruvian Man

Well, the Vitruvian Woman is also a thing, it seems, in many and various guises, and I will begin to post some of them here

Oops. Sorry, man.Yes, that's one that I have, it's really good too, but I'll remove it from my list of pics to post
If I do this right, here is the Vitruvian Woman from the cover of the Blu-Ray edition of Westworld season one. As it is a cover it is not explicit, but the series itself has plenty of nudity, sex and violence.

This model has a unique shape to her body that is clearly brought out through the artist's depictions which creates a wonderful desire to see more of the model and artist working together. I wonder what she would look like as the artist capturing different poses of her dancing on a cross?
