One of the fakes, aka body doubles worried me. It is the scene in GoT, where Cersey (Lena Headey) was replaced by body double, here the problem is the body double was to young.......
A similar issue in 1978's Coming Home, when 40-year-old Jane Fonda used a noticeably younger body double for her sex scene with Jon Voight.
The character was multiple mother, so some wrinkles on the belly, probably a shaved oversized pussy would make sense, whatever Headey had to offer...
I have this film on dvd and, despite a few flaws, I really like it. Seeing Susan Dey naked was a real treat of course but the real take-away from this film was how prophetic it was. Today we regularly sequences in films where actors are replaced with cgi clones which, once you have the data, can be used in any way and won't cost you $millions to get out of bed in the morning.I also watched Looker. I agree, the body double was too young. Lena Headey was about 42 when the episode was shot, which is about the same age as her character (Tywin referred to Jaime as being 40 and he was her twin). Not sure if Headey had any say in doubles or if the producers wanted someone more titillating than a 42 year old. Still, it's really good CGI.
Probably they should have used a more "ugly" body double, in the sense of old, fat and wrinkled and Heady could have told in interviews, there had to be a body double, because she looked much better when nude. But as I understand that role Jamie and his twin should be very attractive persons.
I want to point out that she doesn't use a body double in her nude scenes in the film 300.
At least the breasts are better, than the gravitationally challenged ones of the body double. But it is a matter of taste, I like more the smaller ones not like those of another German actress showing most, Sophie Schütt (2004)
It is interesting how good manipulations already are, so I guess soon I will discover my head in a Porno on the body of Rocco Siffredi? But he is in my age (and the differences are extremely small anyway....), the body double used in GoT had not the correct age and not the perfect breast needed; that was the point.

Do not know if one can recommend Miley Cyrus to children! Actually I know many horrible pics of her, probably found by children knowing bing, google or so.....
