Rita de Acosta Lydig was a famed American socialite in the early 20th century, whose portrait by Italian artist Giovanni Boldini

leads me to believe, with no evidence whatsoever, she modeled for a number of Boldini's paintings.:rolleyes:

Angelica Ippolito is an italian actress born in 1944. She was very active during the 70's both in theater, working extensively in the Eduardo De Filippo's stage company, and in cinema. In 1977 she won a David di Donatello Award as best actress for her performance in Alberto Lattuada's "Oh, Serafina".
In those years it was common also for stars to appear in the italian edition of Playboy. Here her pics from the April 1976 issue. The B&W pic is from the weekly magazione Panorama.

Alessandra Martines is an italo-french actress and dancer. She started as a classic dancer with the New York City Ballet of George Balanchine and later on in Italy. Then she started in TV as dancer and actress acting also in movies. In the 1993 movie "Tout ça pour ça" of Claude Lelouch, there is a scene where she appears nude. Here some snapshots:

Here another semi-famous actress. Ines Pellegrini is born in Milan but of eritrean origins. She started acting in Pasolini movies such as "Il fiore delle Mille e una Notte" and "Salò". After some more genre films she married and moved to US but in 1974 she appeared on the italian edition of Playboy:
