Lucky man to have her autograph, from what I understand she was popular because as Wikipedia puts it her lack of inhibition in posing. Which to me sounds like she actually enjoyed being naked and living as an outsider like us here

Yes, she stated in her biography ( that’s where I have her autograph) that she believed even God did not mind the nudity, maybe just the bondage was a bit much- but lucky for us she posed in it any way!

She was 25 then. She was 42 when she did the Playboy shoot. Sadly, she died of heart disease in 1994 at the age of 61.

A woman over forty appearing nude in a magazine in 1975 would have been a very rare thing. I'll bet she was the oldest model in Italian Playboy up to then.
Today, it's much more common. We've come a long way in recognizing that age is just a number.
