Our limit for gifs is 2MB - is yours above that? Otherwise, I've experienced upload problems this morning that are probably a server glitch.
 
Ah yes, that was back in the days when we didn't know how much IM was paying, increasingly out of his own pocket.
If you can host your gifs - indeed, they were quite extended animations - externally and link them here, they'd be wonderfully welcome, and would cost us nothing. But no pressure.
 
I finally chose to replace the animated GIF by a still image (mosaic) which depicts some steps of the animation...

This one shows the ankles nailing of the crucified victim.
This is extracted from a new WIP movie which is an upgrade of Elaine's crucifixion. Some modifications were performed in this new project including a larger resolution of 1280x720 HD size
