I like clean shaven, and I like a bush.....a little variety is the spice of life.;)
 
I hit puberty around 1969 & the first porn I became aware of - the magazines my father had hidden under the bed - featured women with pubic hair. I have been both ways myself, but honestly can't say I ever put much thought to it with respect to guys. Not much of an answer to your question, sorry.
 
On a purely personal level, I prefer a woman to be smoothly shaved. I can't stand getting hairs in my mouth!

But on a philosophical level, all women are beautiful regardless of whether they have pubic hair or not...

Like Naraku I am an older man whose experiences growing up were seeing old Playboy mags featuring women with the full "Barbera" - not a reference to you Barb but to the wife of one of your former president - though I certainly saw plenty of pre-pubescent young girls.
