Caught for littering plastic on the beach. For the one on the left, it was the first offence, so she is allowed a piece of textile. The other one is a second offense (one more and it's ten lashes), and must show it all. They had to clean up and now they have to adimre the tidy beach until midnight!

Dear members,
As employees, we were concerned about the increasing monthly bills to keep our website running and we investigated how we were being billed and what we could do to keep our increasing costs under control. We're here to share with you what we've learned and what remedies we'd like to try.
Our monthly bill for running this website essentially consists of three parts:
Hosting.....A fixed monthly fee
Bandwidth......How much traffic we generate
Storage...The images, films, text and documents that we have stored on our computer over the life of our website and that are added daily.
Additional annual fees apply for upgrades etc.
Bandwidth and storage fees are increasing at a pace that means our monthly bill will likely soon become unsustainable. This appears to be due to a combination of factors such as the exponential growth in membership and the now widespread use of broadband, which makes uploading bulk data images so much easier. We have been significantly exceeding our free limits for some time, so action is now required before our C.F. Bubble bursts.
The admin team has put together the following suggested restrictions for future material uploads:
1. A limit of 5 image posts per person, per day, per thread.
Exceptions:
Illustrated stories, which can contain up to 10 images per post, but only one such post per thread per day
Gifs: no more than 1 per thread per day.
2. Image sizes no larger than 400 KB.
(For more information about shrinking large images to meet this standard, see below.)
Exceptions:
2.1 Any externally hosted image.
2.2 The following may be up to, but not more than, 2 MB:
The artist's own original work.
GIFs.
PNGs in CMCK (Crucifixion Manipulation Construction Kit) thread.
AI generated images:
The 400KB limit applies to AI-generated images in open threads. However, subject to the 2MB limit, artists may incorporate AI-generated elements into their original creations and submit good quality AI-generated works up to 2MB in the sections reserved for members' original works, where they are subject to moderator approval.
3. No videos need to be uploaded.
Exceptions. Videos hosted externally on sites like IMGUR.
How to make images smaller.
Android phones. Visit the Playstore. There are many free resizing apps.
Iphone. Visit the App Store, download Image Resizer and follow the simple instructions.
On-line. There is also a large selection here. For example, https://imageresizer.com is an address that does not require your email address. Just upload your image and select the % bar to make it smaller for example by 50% or you can do it by pixel dimensions. Then click Resize and finally Download Image.
Additional help and advice on resizing images can be obtained from the administrator.
Right now the staff is working to reduce disk space by looking at old threads that go back many years. If people follow these guidelines, we should be able to assess the impact in a few months and keep you updated.
