This is a whipping scene from the mini series "Sally Hemings - An American Scandal" (2000), showing Carmen Ejogo in the title role as Jefferson's black slave lover being lured into a trap, stripped, tied to an overhead beam and whipped bloody. We see the buildup and the aftermath but the flogging itself is off-screen except for some brief screaming behind a closed barn door. Apologies for the Russian dub, which was on the clip I found.

Good scene especially moment when she is tied naked in barn. Later in film there are moments when the wounds on her back are stitched and when she exposed President Jefferson her welts.
