This is rather a methodologically interesting example of field improvisation. The suction cup on the clitoris is assembled from a pair of easily available disposable syringes, connected by a tube (preferably with thicker walls). The piston is removed from the active syringe and the side thus opened is used as a recipient. The second syringe serves as a source of relatively intense negative pressure, pulling the clitoris into the recipient. Before applying, it is possible to add a thin metal foil to this place, functioning as an electrode with a suitable current density. The second electrode can be placed nearby, for example on the labia, or an insertion electrode inserted into the vaginal opening can be used. In the picture, the TENS Vitatronic 804 is used as an electrical impulse generator, easily available in regular markets at a friendly price.
