In a mission from Arkane Studios' 2006 game "Dark Messiah of Might and Magic", our hero Sareth infiltrates a necromancer fortress when he comes across a room he describes as "butchery". There are disfigured bodies everywhere, many suspended in crux-like positions. Some of them are even still alive, moving and moaning in their misery.
