Had a nice RP today where the plot line was escaped slave passing herself off as the wife of the captain whose ship sank in a storm and she washed ashore. Captured by a Roman patrol she isn't believed, is interrogated, imprisoned, tortured and after confessing is crucified.

Good story idea!

I always find I can get more mentally involved (and in cyber play, like RL, the brain is the most important sex organ) in RP if there is a plot line I can sink my teeth into and a character I can develop.

In this case I could have gone two ways. (1) She really as the wife of a captain whose ship had been lost in a storm but she confessed to end the torture. [Historically torture has usually been a failure to elicite accurate information] or (2) She really WAS an escaped slave and knew the penalty the Romans were enforcing locally to discourage slave disobedience, In the end the Roman tormentor would never really know the difference but in my mind I could be one or the other.

A simple rape\torture\crux 'just because' can be fun occasionally but after a while it wears a little thin when keeping me engaged.

Defeat always comes with a high price. In this case her father the king was killed in battle resisting the Romans and the rest of the Royal Family fell into their hands.

After they had enjoyed 'entertaining' her, this Princess was crucified on a hill over looking her form city as a warning to other Royal families in the region as to what the fate of their women folk would be if they resist Rome.

This video is from a 2 part RP which started today.

The scenario is a Noblewoman has been having a former gladiator (who now trains her gladiators) as a boy toy for quite a while. She finds out he has fallen in love with one of her slave gladiatrixes and in a jealous rage has the girl gang raped under the arena and then tortured and crucified in the arena for the entertainment of the mob while he is forced to watch the execution of the girl he loves.

Part 2 will be when he gets his revenge on the Noblewoman.

This RP was very mentally taxing as in the first session I had to play 3 parts (in order, Noblewoman, torturer, and gladiatrix). Fortunately I have my main avi (the gladiatrix) and female and male personas for my “alt” (Noblewoman and torturer).

I shot the video after the RP was done as it would have been impossible to RP and video at the same time.

Lol, it's the closest facial expression I have to a scream.

Just finished up a 5 part RP with SeD.

Basic premise is a Carthaginian Noblewoman is captured and enslaved when the city falls (pictures from scene 1 were posted in other threads). Broken and used by her captor as a sex toy to further his ambitions she is approached by his enemies about joining a murder plot. In the end the assassin is captured and names her as an accomplice.

I liked this one because I got to face the "Lady or the Tiger" scenario. The plotters offered freedom but of course there is nothing more dangerous than a slave with too much information so could the plotters be trusted? And of course the first rule of assassination is get rid of everybody who does not directly benefit from the plot who has with knowledge of the plot.

You can play it out anyway you'd like (did she join the plot or didn't she) but in the end she has to be eliminated.
