This thread is not like a discusion or new story. This thread is for request for members assistance in one BDSM session, which will take place hopefully in the near future.

I am a masochist and i have a regular meetings with one Mistress. For now we can just do some planning. We would like to try to plan a high force performance during my next visit, and we would like to request a members of Cruxforums for the small assistance.
Your role is to make a vote as a Grand jury in the court to detemine the punishment to which i will be sentenced during the session with regards to my crimes, which will be described below in Confession paragraf.
You will be asked to reply just on a few questions in your message, and prior to the session the answers will be checked and counted together to avaluate, which punishment is deserved.
Punishment consist of whipping on the back, buttocks and hips by use of multilail scourge or single tail whip on the bench or whipping post, 50 to 150 lashes, or in case of exeptional measure of punishment to be applied, it will be partial sum of the deserved/remaining lashes from previous sessions, or total amount (min 134, max 269).

My Confession.
During the last three sesssions i was sentenced to the number of punishements with regards to discussed scenario, and i was unable to withstand all deserved pain and start to use a Stop word. To avoid further continue of suffering i stop the action and dissapointed my Misstress.
First scenario was me like a slave of one famouse singer from my country have to recieve 100 lashes by single tail whip on my back. I was able to pass only 70, and then start to use a Stop word for a couple of time to reduce my suffering.
Second time i was sentensed to 130 lashaes on my body (back and buttocks) and i had to be raped by the Man and TS girl as per scenario to save one of my female friend. And i pass only 70 lashes, and then stopped. And the humilation from TS girls and Master was suspended, dipit their presence on the session.
And the last one. I share with Mistress the fantasy to be cruscified together with my close girlfriend. And becuase this fantasy is belongs to my close person, Mistress decide to whip me like in a real ancient time only with 39 lashes, but with full power, and i have stop the session very fast, because was unable to hold so strong blows of the whip.
When this happend, i trying to explain my behavior, but cannot find a real reason for this. Especialy that before i was able to go through such a punishments.
For this time i will be limited to use Stop word and have to go through the all deserved punishment. Thet is why i requesting you to establish a deserved punishment for my bad behavior. How strict it will be is now in your hands.

  1. Is the slave found guilty in cheating with his Mistress by use of Stop Word to avoid desrved and agreed punishment, Yes or No?
  2. Is it required to torture the slave before the punishment to investigate, is there any another crimes to confess, Yes or No?
  3. The slave make a confession in his crimes voluntarily. In this case how strong should be the punnishment, did he deserves for mercy?
    a) light punishment with reduced number of whip lashes; b) hard punishment with maximum number of lashes; c) exeptional measure of punishment dispit his confession, the hardest sentence to be desided by Mistress.
  4. If interrogation from point 2 shows, that slave was hiding his crimes and trying to avoid punishment, which sentence he deserves: a) additional punishment by whipping with single tail whip on his back secured on the whipping post and used deprivation mask (30-50 lashes); b) execution by hanging (simmulation); c) execution by strangulation (simmulation of garrotage); d) a, b, or c in combination (please specify).

1 No - You exercised your right to use a Stop Word. You now seem to be volunteering to complete an agreed punishment without this option. See #3.

Answers from me (I wish I was part of this session in person!)

1. Yes, guilty
2. No, but torture your slaves long and often to get them to be loyal by way of fear.
3. b, no mercy, but a set amount, which he knows will happen if he confesses, if he doesnot confess then c will happen.
4. b or c, always execute a slave if you want to, they are worthless except as a form of entertainment and enjoyment if raped.
 
1) No. Punishment for cheating your Mistress should be severe, STOP word should be not active. She has to do, what she has to do to teach you a lesson.

a) Well, the stop word is "outside" the game, so it is not allowed to "use it" in the scenario. Make me say it clearly. When used, the play stops and continues, as if it was not said, naturally the limits are then accepted and followed, so NOPE.
b) The torture is not for the slave but for the others, so Yes.
c) My limited, but still to large, experience with law enforcement says, that confession is stupid, it is powerplay, the law enforcement people will stay on their opinions, regardless of what you say. Better be prepared to be punished, if you don't like that, as me since I am not a masochist, be prepared to die.... Sorry, to be here in the unfortunate reality.
d) Okay, when the slave tries to get relief ignore and increase the punishment, if not then indrease it anyway .....
