Hm, don't think I've had that idea. I suppose they are a useful sort of emergency ration if there's nothing else left ...

The nearest thing I can think of is, when I'm being whipped, I turn my head and try to bite my arm - I don't know why, it's a sort of instinct, somehow helps me cope with the pain.

I mean, that you are forced to eat. Biting in the Arms to slow down the pain is another thing.

I have two whole folders of this sort of thing on DeviantArt! I can't say it was a kink I thought of on my own, it was when i started looking at DeviantArt when I was 13. Some things I see on there I still don't like, but being swallowed whole by a dragon or impaled and roasted then eaten are indeed something I like to think about (says the girl who said crucifixion was too kinky for her!).

I actually had plans for stories in the "Bellisima the pleasure slave" series in which I get eaten by a Cthulhu-like demonic tentacle monster, another in which i get eaten by a dragon, and another in which I am spit-roasted and eaten by goblins and am conscious through every lick of the flames and every bite into my luscious roasted body. Then of course I just wake up in the Pool of Souls.

Well I haven't written it yet, it is possible that it would take more than one go, like the crucifixion story which is very different on this forum compared to the DeviantArt version. I imagine it would at first feel like laying naked in the sun, a VERY hot sun! My skin would become hotter and hotter, like a flogger or strap is applied to every inch of my skin at the same time. But then I would become numb to the pain as the cooking destroyed my nerve endings. In the end I would only be barely aware of the sharp little teeth of the goblins tearing lumps from my well-cooked flesh. Nice pic btw!

I've got a DA folder called 'Meat' on the same subject, probably a good deal of overlap with your collections (in my DA disguise as eulaliamerida)
