In this case hundreds of thousands of pounds could have been saved by executing the scofflaw Dorothy Brown rather than have her consume food, water, and air for 10 to 30 years in solitary confinement (although one suspects Warden Admi may have benefitted somewhat by her confinement). The world owes a debt of gratitude to Dr. A.D. Mihoek for finding a way to be compensated for his efforts to certify Dorothy 'fit to be hanged'. I will step aside so he can finish his exams....

After Dr. Mihoek finished my exam he helped me to feet. I must admit I was most disappointed as he said he had cleared the whole day for me and it was only noon! Hours later both the doctor and the nurse return to the room. I quietly mention his zipper is open. It is no matter as they strap me to an examination chair.
