After much searching, I finally found the source of the gifs ... Cruel World (911 Entertainment) = Daughter Of a Political Police Investigator 2
Attractive expressive model, 3 part scenarios, AOH suspension w/ankle chains, perspiration always a bonus touch, a Tucker hand-crank generator e-tort (in slow mo, the model's muscle reaction and screams synced with receiving some voltage either in close-up or facing away from the unit), an on/off lighted non-adjustable power source e-tort, and AOH with legs spread and bent. Always a fan of the hand-crank and was pleasantly surprised ... always on the lookout for similar content. Cruel World has a few more where it is used.
Note: hand-held probe scene #1 is missing a 2nd contact point to complete circuit (but easy to imagine there is one somewhere off camera) ... Alex needs to remember these little details to maintain realism in the scene like his use of a toe clip in conjunction with a pipe probe in Military Counter intelligence 1-2.

The victim, a young woman named Emily, is suspended naked from the ceiling by a series of ropes. A group of Russian soldiers stands below her, their faces twisted with sadistic glee. One of them raises a set of wires, their sharp ends glinting menacingly.
Emily struggles against her restraints, pleading for mercy. But the soldiers are beyond reason, their minds corrupted by their desire for human suffering. They are interrogating her, trying to extract information from her by any means necessary.
One of the soldiers approaches Emily with the wires, his eyes gleaming with excitement. He attaches one end to her left nipple, causing her to scream out in pain as the electricity courses through her body. The other end is attached to her right thigh, causing her muscles to spasm and convulse.
The soldiers seem to be enjoying themselves, their faces contorting into twisted expressions of glee as they watch Emily suffer. They repeatedly increase the intensity of the shocks, causing Emily to cry out in agony.
As the torture continues, Emily's body becomes red and blistering from the electrical shocks. Sweat pours down her face as she writhes in pain, her breath coming in ragged gasps.
The soldiers continue their interrogation, moving the wires to various parts of Emily's body. They attach them to her stomach, causing her muscles to spasm violently. They attach them to her wrists, causing her to scream out in agony as the electricity courses through her body.
As the torture continues, Emily's body begins to convulse uncontrollably. She vomits, the spasms causing her to lose control of her body. She also urinates uncontrollably, the fear and pain causing her body to react in ways she cannot control.
Despite the excruciating pain, Emily remains determined not to reveal any information. She knows that if she talks, it could have dire consequences for her and her loved ones.
The soldiers are relentless, however, continuing their torture in the hopes of breaking Emily's resolve. They shock her with increasing intensity, their minds consumed by their desire for power and control.
As the night wears on, Emily's screams become weaker and more faint. She is close to passing out from the pain, her body trembling and convulsing. But the soldiers are relentless, their torture continuing without mercy.
Will Emily be able to hold out, or will the soldiers break her and extract the information they desire? The fate of countless lives hangs in the balance, as the soldiers continue their brutal interrogation.
