I tried this on myself and others. It is very effective. The pain ranges from bad to horrible depending on the body part. I haven't used the bigger, longer ones. This was the second generation electro we started using, the first was a hand-crank phone. Then after all this we found reliable, professional solutions minimzing risk and maximizing efficacy.

I have attached 2 pics which are from a cartoon strip called 'Garth' that used to appear in a national British newspaper a long time ago - they're pretty tame by some standards but this was the first time I'd seen anything like this and it's quite strong for a mainstream publication. They were in black & white but these are colourised versions.
Garth was a hero type figure who was always having adventures and righting wrongs. Here, he's accompanied by a female French security agent - they've been detained in a rogue African state and are being interrogated.
The interrogators decide to interrogate the woman first - she's secured to the chair and her shirt torn open to expose her breasts. An electrode is taped to her forehead and shocks are applied to her exposed tits with the prod.
As I say fairly tame - but still good.
