Now there's an idea I've always been turned on by electro torture, but have never tried it. A couple of days ago I actually caught myself thinking how I might attach a couple of wires to my electric fly swatter... I saw people use those things on themselves, but it still didn't sound too safe. An electric dog collar though... That thing was actually designed to use on a living thing. Plus, its a dog collar, so... It kind of rings all my bells ;-)
