I can appreciate both, and see your point about a single focus being more visually dramatic, yet I find the second image more appealing as it lends itself in my warped little mind to the formulation of a more dramatically appealing back story.

The second version contains a good choice in the supporting cast, and I wonder if these girls are Ottoman prisoners?
