What an adorable pony!
She needed help with the last cuff...well, there's a lot to be said for pony-girls,
I've never seen a horse putting on its own harness!
her feet are much safer (for us) in that way..................however
just to add to your English, T-C -
a 'filly' is a young mare (female horse), up to 4 years
(but also a word for a lively girl) -
and training a young horse,
getting her used to saddle and bridle (and the whip)
is 'breaking her in'
'filly' é uma jovem égua, até aos 4 anos
(mas também uma palavra para uma menina animada) -
e treinar um cavalo jovem,
recebendo seu usado para sela eo freio (e chicote)
está 'breaking her in'
Yes, I thought the Portuguese word (potranca?)
would probably have some such connotations!
How about 'breaking in' a filly (a quebra??)?
that one's obviously been well broken-in!
Too heavy-breasted to be good over the fences or to be balanced at dressage but fun to play with no doubt. But her trainer and strapper need to get that tail positioned in her butt where it should. Whoever saw a tail begin above a pony's hips?
