Except for Chanta Rose (#2), the rest were crucified. The #4 picture was Mila crucified upside down. I hope the moderators will excuse me for going over the five picture limit to illustrate the correct position for her.

Actress here goes by the name Ryanne Redd I think.
She made many 'snuff' movies, mostly with Rainforest Studios and for PKF, including at least a couple of her being 'executed' by electrocution.
The most famous of the two is PKF's film called 'Dolcett Tales 1': it is very good and has been reviewed by good @DjEtla on his DeviantArt page: https://www.deviantart.com/djetla/journal/Electric-Chair-Fun-Dolcett-cartoon-as-a-movie-666759678
I recommend it, particularly for the typical humoristic and 'dolcett-esque' atmosphere.
The picture I attach however is a collage of snapshots extracted from another movie (title: 'Execution at dawn 6', Rainforest Studio).
This latter film is overall so-so, however I simply love Ryanne's facial expressions as she is 'electrocuted' thru her nipples.
I just love how her eyes seem to pop out of her pretty, pained face.
Hope you enjoy it.

She has three days to "look forward" to her penance. Crying she imagines how she lies fully naked on the punishment bench to receive the agonizing caning and how much she will scream. The mother looks over to her daughter with a bit pity. She lnows it is deserved but she also knows how much it will hurt as she experienced it too already.
