In the 70s, after "Jaws" smashed the box office, cheapo imitators unleashed the entire animal kingdom on the movie public. And thus we got: "Tentacles"(1977)

Nevertheless, like several other cheap imitations, such productions could contract a cast with stars such as John Huston, Shelley Winters and Henry Fonda.
