The donor is rendered unconscious by an electrical shock prior to the incision and draining. After the procedure, the donor is bandaged, quickly suffocated into unconsciousness, and monitored during recovery.

You mention Kat Dee a lot, but what happens with Teresa? Some of us are her fans.

When Kat is in a frame with any other actress I've been able to join with her, her responsiveness and reactions pretty much overwhelm her co-star. She and Teresa like working together, and Teresa has become more expressive over our joint projects. She plays a naughty girl very well. There's a great scene in Sisters Punishment where she is whipping Katy. Alex tells her it's enough, but she leads him a chase around the table with Katy on it, whipping her and refusing to stop. Also the scene where she pushes the whip handle into Katy's pussy. The expression on her face in those scenes makes me think of the reports that captives of Native American tribes were most afraid of being tortured by squaws. I've used her multiple times because she does not have the limits most of the other girls have. Here are some of my favorite images of her.

I've used her as different characters in my customs as well. Lately I've been using her to play an even more evil doctor than Dr. Squalus; she just has a certain look to her that she can either be super cute or super stern and wicked. I'm glad to see you've discovered her as well. I'd like to see her play more evil roles in films.
